What is replacement cost?
Replacement cost means the value of property on the date of loss or water damage, fire damage, or the lower of repairing the property with materials of similar kind and quality or new articles of similar kind, quality and usefulness without any deduction for depreciation.
What is a deductible?
In an insurance policy, the deductible is the amount paid out of pocket by the policy holder before an insurance provider will pay any expenses. Your insurance company is only responsible only for the amount by which the loss or damage caused by any of the Insured damage that exceeds the amount of the deductible.
What is actual cash value?
In the property insurance industry, Actual Cash Value (ACV) is a method of valuing insured property. Actual Cash Value means that insured property will be replaced with something of like kind and quality less an allowance for depreciation based on its condition at the time of the loss, age and normal expected life expectancy.
How soon can a restoration contractor be available to come to my home?

How long does it take mold to grow?
